Welcome to Pizza Forge (the "App"), developed by Murky Apps ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Email, we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture. This is used solely to authenticate your account and sync your saved recipes across devices.
• Recipe and Journal Data: The dough calculations, recipes, and journal entries you create are stored securely. You can export this data at any time using the "Export My Data" feature in the App's settings.
• Images for AI Analysis: When you use the AI Crumb Analyzer, you upload photos of your baked pizza. These images are transmitted securely to our AI processing partners solely to generate your analysis.
• Purchase and Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage our Pro Subscriptions and Tip Jar. We collect anonymous user IDs and subscription statuses. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card numbers or billing addresses. All financial transactions are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple.
• Usage Data and Crash Reports: We may collect anonymized diagnostic data (such as phone model, OS version, and crash logs) to help us fix bugs and improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• To operate and maintain the Pizza Forge application.
• To unlock Pro features based on your subscription status.
• To provide the AI Crumb Analyzer functionality.
• To diagnose technical issues and improve the user experience.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services to run our App. These services have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play / Apple App Store: For app distribution and payment processing.
• Google Firebase / Google Cloud: For secure authentication, database hosting (storing your recipes), and cloud storage (storing your recipe photos).
• RevenueCat: For tracking subscription statuses and managing in-app purchases.
• AI Processing Partners: For analyzing images submitted to the Crumb Analyzer. Images are processed dynamically and are not used to train public models without consent.

5. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

As a developer based in the European Union (Croatia), we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access: Request copies of your personal data (available via the in-app export tool).
• Erasure: Request that we delete your personal data.
• Withdraw Consent: Opt-out of non-essential data collection.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
