Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pizza Forge (the "App"), developed by Murky Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please delete the App.

2. Subscriptions, Lifetime Access, and Tips

• Billing: We offer Monthly and Yearly subscriptions, a one-time Lifetime access purchase, and an optional Tip Jar. All payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store (or Apple App Store). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information.
• Renewals & Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscriptions directly through your device's App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Because the app stores act as the merchant of record, all billing inquiries and refund requests must be directed to Google or Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly from our systems.

3. The AI Crumb Analyzer & Your Content

• Image Processing: When you use the AI Crumb Analyzer, you upload photos of your baked goods. You retain full ownership of your images. However, by using this feature, you grant us the necessary permissions to transmit these images to our third-party AI processing partners solely for the purpose of returning your analysis.
• Your Recipes: You own the recipes and journal entries you create in the App. You agree not to use the App to store, transmit, or generate any illegal, abusive, or malicious content.

4. Kitchen Safety & Assumption of Risk

Pizza Forge is a mathematical utility and journaling tool. It is not a substitute for proper culinary training, food safety practices, or common sense.

Baking involves extreme temperatures, heavy equipment, and raw ingredients. We are not liable for ruined meals, undercooked dough, foodborne illnesses, damaged ovens, property damage, or personal injury that occurs before, during, or after using our calculators. You follow your recipes entirely at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The App itself—including the code, design, logos, calculator logic, and the "Murky Apps" brand—is our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from our App.

6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Service

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to make the dough calculations as accurate as mathematically possible, we make no warranties that the App will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate 100% of the time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murky Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts of Croatia.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
